Terms & Conditions

Birthday Party

  • The weekday special party is not available on Public Holidays or school holidays.
  • A non-refundable $100 deposit for standard parties and after-hours functions is required to confirm your booking and must be paid within 3 days of booking.
  • Invitations will only be collected upon deposit.
  • Full payment must be made prior or after the party.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the Playland. Exemptions made for medical reasons.
  • We do cater for special dietary requirements – please ask staff for further information.
  • No cakes are to be brought into the Playland unless you have a pre-booked party.
  • $25 Cake fee is required for Cafe Reservation to bring your own cake as a policy.
  • No responsibility is taken for lost or stolen property.
  • All children & adults that wish to use the equipment must wear socks.
  • Please read our full party information sheet prior to booking your party.

After hour Party -Private Function

Set-Up & Decorations

  • You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your start time to set up or decorate.
  • Please avoid using pins, tape, or adhesives that could damage walls or surfaces.
  • No glitter, sparklers or party poppers are permitted in the centre. Helium
    balloons are welcome but must be weighted.

Food & Catering

  • You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. or if you prefer, we’re
    happy to cater for you with our range of delicious platters and party options.
    For safety and food-handling compliance reasons, please note that we’re NOT
    able to cook or heat any outside food on site.
  • For safety reasons, NO glassware or glass bottles are permitted inside the
    playland.
    o Any glass bottles brought in must be left at reception before entering.
    o Bringing glass plates or cups will incur a $50 safety fee.
  • Lollipop’s Preston is happy to cater your function — we cater kids’ party food
    packages and adult platters.
  • If you wish to order coffee or tea during your event, please advise staff at the time
    of booking.
  • You must supply your own plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, sauces and serving
    utensils unless catering is provided by Lollipop’s.
  • If Lollipop’s is catering or you are purchasing from the café, all necessary
    crockery will be provided.
  • Alcohol: You may bring your own alcohol; however, no glass is allowed.
    o You must supply your own plastic cups, ice and tubs.
    o If glass is brought in, a $100 “pouring service” fee applies (must be
    confirmed 5 days prior).

Function Hours & Extensions

  • Private hire sessions are a minimum of 2.5 hours.
  • Available hire times:
    o Monday to Thursday from 5:30 pm (excluding school holidays)
    o Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 pm
  • Please ensure guests leave the venue at the agreed finishing time.
  • A 10-minute grace period is provided for pack-up; charges may apply beyond
    this time.
  • Functions may be extended with 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Public holiday surcharges may apply.

Facilities & Supervision

  • Our sound system and microphone are available upon request.
  • Lollipop’s staff are present for general supervision of the venue, but parents and
    guardians are responsible for supervising their children.
  • All children (and any guests entering the play area) must wear socks at all times
    for safety and hygiene.

Cleaning & Pack-Up

  • Please begin packing up 15 minutes before your finishing time.
  • Our staA will assist with general cleaning and will start clearing plates and cups
    during this time.
  • You are responsible for organising family and friends to pack up any leftover food
    into takeaway containers or boxes.
  • An additional $100 cleaning fee applies if there are any accidents (such as
    vomit or toilet incidents) that require extra cleaning during your function.

Clean-Up & Departure

  • Please ensure all personal belongings are removed, tables returned to their
    original positions, and rubbish placed in bins provided.
  • Our staff will handle the remainder of the cleaning once guests have departed.

Damage & Conduct

  • Any damage to equipment, furniture or facilities caused by guests will be
    charged to the organiser.
  • Lollipop’s Preston reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave for
    unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Staff instructions must be followed at all times.
